All chroma devices not working with new software
I have a blackwidow chroma v2, naga hax v2, and firefly. none of the effects are working and I have redownloaded the software several times. It works on my laptop but not on my desktop. how do i fix?

Did they previously work and are they at least being detected by Synapse? In any case, please try to uninstall the device drivers via Device Manager, reboot then run Windows Updater. Send me a PM should you need further assistance.
