Hi! Recently, or more precisely since the release of Synapse 4, problems with devices have begun. I updated to the latest version of the software, after which, at a random moment, while in the game, all devices fall off - the backlight turns off, the buttons do not press, the devices are initialized. Then everything works again for a while, but the problem returns again.
I rolled back to synapse 3, having previously deleted everything completely. But the problem remained. I changed the USB connector. I connected all the devices to different connectors. Everything remains in its place. I manually updated the firmware of the devices for each of them. But the problem remains. If I turn off ALL programs from the device (Synapse, Central), everything functions normally. Tell me, what else can I do?
