Hi, I just entered a game and realized none of my mouse buttons worked. I tried to figure out what was going on and then I found out that all of my mouse settings are reset in Synapse. The profile I named "World of Warcraft" is still there, but the settings are default. All of my personal settings disappeared, only the profile name remained.
I usually don't even go to Synapse, so it's impossible that I would reset it. It had to reset on its own.
Can I restore the settings somehow please?

ya same thing happen to me but i keep about 15 profiles and they are gone now… not sure if its windows 11 or not but ever since i was forced to switch from 10 to 11 i have had nothing but problems with synapsis.
So i just uninstalled razer and went to download the software again and seen they want me to use Synapsys 4. So i did, its really bad, and they seem to have deleted all of my cloud info for all of my games. I have raid tomorrow and this really REALLY #$%#@$5 me over! Time for a change.
The FIX, so i uninstalled synapsis 3 and tried synapsis 4. Don't switch to 4, it needs a lot of work still. I reinstalled 3 and was able to sync from cloud again. Hope this helps others. Didn't relies how depended I am on this software….
