all scroll functions get "sticky" in NAGA TRINITY

I have used the mouse just for an hour, and already have a major issue. Tell me if this is fixable or i should go replace it. The scroll gets "sticky", meaning that if i just click left once, sometimes the mouse raction is like i kept pressing it. For isntance, when i scroll in a website, i stroke the scroll down once, and stop, but keeps going down, and then scroll up, but just stops going down during the scroll up, to go back to scroll down, and suddenly stops. Same happens for left, right and center click. i get into this site looking for drivers, but couldn't find any... Please help!

    Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Naga Trinity concern here. Have you tried testing it to another USB port in your PC or into a different computer without Razer Synapse? Does the issue happen even after uninstall the mouse driver in your PC's Device Manager?

    hey! thanks for answering. Well, last time i turned on the PC, i noticed that synapse was actualizing or downloading something, but i wasn't paying attention, so i couldn't see what it was. I tested it for a couple of hours, and apparently the problem is gone, but now i have some crazy spins, is just annoying. What can i do about that? now i've set DPI to 1400, as always, but my previous naga hex v2 never did this spins. what can i do?

    Thanks for sharing. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling your Razer Synapse 3.0 and see if the issue persists? If it does, please send me a PM and let's continue there.

    after installing, my antivirus gave me this alerts about razer synapse software
