Allocated but Unnamed, Inaccessible SSD Partition

Hello, I'm clearing up space on my SSD and noticed there is a 15GB partition on my C drive that is not named (not marked as a Recovery or EFI Partition) and I cannot open it in file explorer even though it is allocated. I also had my laptop factory restored earlier this year and my best guess is that it was used to restore my laptop. What is this partition and is it safe to delete it? Thanks. A picture of what the drive looks like in Disk Management is attached, the partition I'm talking about it the 15.14GB one on disk zero--also note it is not listed with the other partitions in the top of the disk management tool.
