I recently purchased a Razer headset, and when I tried to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound software, I received an error saying the activation code has already been registered to another Razer ID account.
I believe the product was previously used and returned, and I unknowingly received it with an already used code.
The code does not work with my own Razer ID, and I cannot access the software.
Could you please help me get a new activation code? I can provide proof of purchase, product serial number, and photos if needed.
