Always Transaction Cancelled even though I have funds

Im attempting to buy a Garena Shells PH using Razer Gold starting yesterday but I kept receiving transaction cancelled even though I have funds to top up for Garena Shells. up until now the error still persists. I really need the load for the event ASAP and this error is driving me crazy. this is the first time i've experienced this error using razer gold lol. Looking at the transaction history, The transaction will succeed, but then will be refunded instantly and this happens over and over again up until today. Asking for help here to know what is the problems because I really need to top up.
