I purchased two Razer Hanbo AIOs, a 360 and a 240 and both are missing the AM5 bracket accessories. I tried to enter the serial number on the support page and pressing the submit button does nothing, it’s broken. No support email is provided either. Why is it so hard to contact Product support to request this part?
I am in the middle of 2 PC builds and now am stuck because both AIOs are missing this AM5 bracket and screws. You would think in 2026 Razer would supply AM5 parts in the box.
