Hi Razer Support.
I recently made a purchase of a Razer Keyboard from Amazon Warehouse, but it is become faulty. Is it covered by the Razer RMA or should I just try and return it to Amazon?

I'd also appreciate it if you can send me your device's serial number along with a copy of its proof of purchase so I can verify its model and validate its warranty. If you don't mind me asking, did you purchase it as brand new or second-hand?
