Analog jack stops working after update and terrible sound output

As i received my new newly bought kraken v3 pro hypersense, it worked all fine except for the analog jack which is really terrible.

The best way to notice that weird sound output is to compare the music “Guitar, loneliness and blue planet” from kessoku band, on the normal audio from the dongle the sound is normal, but on the analog jack we literally don’t hear the electric guitare which is telling me something might be wrong.

As a rythme gamer and a video editor that wanted to have a bit of versatility on the usage of the headset, i just can’t use the kraken v3 pro half the time due to those moment i need to have sound without latency.

After all that, i got through the firmware update and now the analog output is straight up not outputting any sound anymore.

What should i do?
