Razer Nommo Chroma makes an annoing noise when no audio is playing.

Have you tried to reinstall its drivers? You can also update your speaker’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then send me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
