Another Battery Question - Razer 15 (2020)

I recently acquired a Razer 15 (2020) I completed the Windows 11 setup, installed software and configured it the way I like it. Everything was working great... next day, it wouldn't turn on. After giving up, I tried it again the next day and it magically turned on. Now the battery isn't charging. I followed the procedure in support several times, it doesn't charge and only runs on battery for about 2 minutes. Purchased a new battery, it ran for a few hours. Now the new battery is dead and not charging either. I'm all out of ideas, any suggestions I should try next?

Try factory reset and run on original windows 10 see if it’s only software issue is first I’d try. If it still exists probably hardware issue, something on battery charging system isn’t working as it should anymore.

hi, thanks for the help!

after it magically turned on I did a reset, with the option to install locally not from the cloud and Windows 11 started. Not sure how to rollback to Win10.

currently it is off but plugged into the power supply. the LED in front is not on. is this normal? if not, makes me think it's a hardware issue?

installed Win10, battery is not detected. front green light is on when laptop is on but lid is closed

Does not charge. New battery completely dead.
