Any fix for Base Station v3 losing connection? | Razer Insider

I have received a Base Station Chroma V2 for Christmas and it keeps intermittently disconnecting and reconnecting, even when completely undisturbed. I’ve tried the usual troubleshooting:

  • Waiting for updates to install
  • Rebooting machine
  • Different USB ports (front and back of machine)
  • unplugging connected device

But nothing seems to be helping as it just keeps happening. Is there any firmware / hardware fix for this issue?
