Any help on Firmware Updater not working?
Been trying to update my Orochi V2 to its latest firmware. The firmware updater, or program, just won't proceed to update my mouse. The dongle is in its most recent version, 1.00.2 I believe. Yet when I try to update my mouse, the program's "NEXT" button just won't activate, it will remain dormant and unresponsive to clicks.
The dongle is connected, mouse paired with laptop for sure. A small niche difference would be that Windows recognizes my mouse as Razer Orochi V2, while the firmware updater states that it must be named DFUOrochiV2. Perhaps this could be the problem? Any help would be great. Thx

PewterBlueautoheaven246Were you able to run the firmware after connecting the mouse to a different USB port or computer? Try downloading and installing the Razer Mouse Pairing Utility through this article. Once done, check if you can continue establishing the Razer Orochi V2's firmware version 1.02.00_r1 through this link. I’ll be locking this thread now.
