Anybody knows why synapse always failed to start

I've tried to uninstalled, then download the newest version, and then re-installed as admin for many times, but nothing changed. Then I found razer synapse service is not working in system process>services, I tried to activate it, but it stoped in 0.000001 second. How can I fix this problem...
