I just opened my Razer blackshark v3 pros, and was initially very happy with them. I wore them for a gaming session and they sounded great, were super comfortable, but when I went to take them off, I noticed rattling coming from inside the right earcup. It sounds as if there is a screw or piece of plastic that’s loose inside of it, and every time I move the headphones or tilt them, I hear it rattling around inside of the earcup. I bought these through amazon, so should I just return them, or is there a way to open them up and get whatever plastic piece that’s in there out?
