anyone else's Razer Seiren v2 pro mic hard locked as the output?

i meant razer seiren v2 x in the title not pro. But ive gone through all the sound settings and all of my preferred devices are set to what i want to be the output and input, nothing is playing through my headset unless my mic is unplugged, when it is plugged in it HARD LOCKS it as the output and cant hear anything at all even though me default devices are set properly. i dont know how to get back to where my arctis nova pro wireless is my output device and my razer seiren v2 x is my input. and i can see on the synapse  i will accept any and all help, ive tried everything from meticulously going through all my sound settings to doing 3 full clean installs of all razer software and programs. no guide ive seen has fixed it for me. im prayin one of yall has a solution for me that works things went 2 years without a hitch and now it seems hopelessly unfixable or the solution is way out of knowledge depth
