Apparently my serial number cant be found in the database
Hi.
My v key on my Razer BlackWidow Chroma just out of nowhere stopped working in the middle of me gaming. I wanted to see if i could get it switched or something, so i wanted to contact support. (btw yes i have tried resetting razer synapse and use it both with it running and without, and checked that nothing is assigned to the key). But in order to contact support, i need to hand in my serial number. Apparently it cant be found in the database. I have linked a picture of the number. I have tried both small L and large I. Also large L and small i. Just in case. I dont know what else it could be. I am sure it says: (*Omitted for security reasons). But yeah this doesnt work. I would love someone to help me out, i appreciate both help with my original problem, and to find out what the hell the serial number is.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your keyboard's concern here. I've tried the serial number, and it is working on my end. Have you tried resetting the keyboard using the Razer Synapse 3.0 settings? Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
I am having the same issue with my Blackwidow Elite I am just trying to register it for the warranty and the serial number cannot be found in the database. issue with product number on my goliath extended chroma as well.

i got Razer Kraken for my birthday July 23, i got it mainly because it had a mic i used discord it was working fine after about 30 minutes it just goes out i thought it was just a glitch a month later it still not working i found out that it had warranty and entered my serial number only to find it isn't working i need help i did no physical damage neither internal respond to me when you see this.

I got this fixed i should be getting an email in 1-2 business day's i dont remember if its repair or new headphones.
