Apprantly my limited warranty is out of date

So I’m having issues with my deathstalker v2 pro keyboard as it its refusing to charge when connected to my pc with the official cable.

I went onto the site to get support and it says I am out of limited warranty, even though I have registered the keyboard with my razer id and only purchased it from a valid retailer 31 Aug 2025 (less than 3 months ago). That can’t be right can it?

Pretty sure the limited warranty on keyboards is 2 years. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Hey ​@darkstar_phoenix,

Please bear with me for a bit. Just for isolation, can you try charging the keyboard on another computer to see if it behaves the same way? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team.
