Hello Razer Team,
I’m looking for help resolving an account issue with my Razer Creator Program membership.
On October 15, 2026, I received an official email welcoming me to the Razer Content Creator Program as a Titan member. However, when I sign in to Creator Hub using Sign in with Apple, the dashboard still shows the initial onboarding process and asks me to connect my social accounts and wait for verification.
When I try to connect my TikTok profile, I receive a message saying that it is already associated with another account. The account I can currently access does not appear to recognize my approved membership.
I originally signed in using Apple’s Hide My Email feature. I have identified the private relay address used for my original sign-in, and my approval email was sent to that address. Despite this, I cannot access the account that appears to hold my approval.
My existing support case number is 261010-000576. I have contacted support by email and previously received a response from a Razer Insider representative, but the issue remains unresolved.
Could someone from the Razer ID or Creator Program team please help identify which Razer ID holds my approved Titan membership and resolve the conflicting TikTok association?
