Are any of the following possible in synapse 3? | Razer Insider

I've just got a Huntsman v2 and I'm struggling to get an acceptable configuration.

1. Is there any way to get it to switch back to the default profile when I use the steam overlay in a game instead of the game-specific profile? I have WASD bound to the joystick in the game profile, but that means I can't use those letters in steam chat messages. I've tried setting another profile for steam.exe and gameoverlay.exe but that has no effect.

2. Why is "add secondary function" only available with keyboard bindings. If I could bind WASD to the joystick but add secondary functions to press the original keys I could workaround the above problem. I can't see a logical reason why all types of binding shouldn't allow a secondary function, with the secondary function not necessarily being the same type of binding as the first.

3. The macro binding functions seem very limited:

a) Can you bind one macro to run on key down and another to run on key up?

b) Can you bind a macro to run when a key is pressed together with a modifier? E.g. Shift+Space (any normal modifier, not hypershift)

Again this could be generalized - why can you only bind to keys rather than combinations of any modifier + key.

4. If I'm playing a game (e.g. Euro truck simulator 2) that controls the keyboard lighting by being a chrome app, but I alt-tab to a different application, the profile correctly switches away from the game profile to the default profile, but the lighting remains controlled by the game.

Is there any way to link which apps are enabled and disabled to which profile is active so my keyboard lighting returns to normal when the game is in the background?
