Why delete my last post?

I need urgent attention to my issue - laptop returned to you for repair will not be released by DHL without authorisation from Razer. 3 weeks they have been ringing and emailing you daily and you have still not responded.

DHL tell me Tuesday they will destroy my laptop if Razer do not respond as the contract for shipping is with you not me. If that happens I will claim against Razer.

You already posted this earlier on another thread. PM me the ticket number so I can check what's causing the holdup. Locked as duplicate.
