Are the Razer Kraken Mini's supposed to not be flat?

I recently got my Razer Kraken Mini and can't really afford to dosh out money to send it to and from the reseller/retailer for RMA over and over if it is a common problem. The problem I have is that the bottom just isn't flat, it's like a chair that has one or two legs that're shorter than the rest. Is this a common thing? This is a repost since no one replied to my last thread
