Hi Razer. I would like to ask a very important questions, I have the Xbox razer Wolverine ultimate controller and the settings are making me confused but I understand the setting how it work, I’m confused of how would it work or how did make sense. The focus and agile are good but why you guys put the negative symbols on the number. Wouldn’t mean like decrease the sensitivity of the thumb stick.Like for example ( agile is for increasing the sensitivity of your thumb stick, but a negative symbols on the number would mean to decrease the sensitivity. If you put a normal number or a adding symbol, then it would make sense but some young beginner gamer are confused about that. Can you please update your software app on the Xbox

hello, i bought a second hand rezer headphone about six months ago and now i want to  activate 7.1, but i don’t know how exactly he purchased it from and how long ago. is there any other way to get razer ID?
