Asking for activation code 7.1

I i bought my black shark v2 x

When I ask for my activation code for the surrounded sound 7.1

They tell me this device is already registered

This is my serial number HN2121D13408306

Most probably it may be a fake, so I’d just return it and get it from viable source.

Btw. Is there a sticker under the box with the serial number (and the serial number is matching headset sn)?
