Asks to login every time, Central very slow to load, others dont load

I understand that you've tried to reinstall the app twice now, but I would still recommend that you perform a clean installation following this guide. The key to solving this is to remove all the old and obsolete files in the hidden folders. PM me if the problem persists.

Followed the guide - DotNet framework doesnt offer a repair option it just says a newer version is already installed. Reinstalled - took 8 mins to sync and most of that was sat on 100%, is currently sitting frozen on the tour / skip tour page after I have clicked skip. No Desktop shortcut created for Synapse - only Cortex. After right-click and run as administrator on Synapse from start menu it loads to the task bar but doesnt load on the screen. It took 96.34 seconds to load to the task bar - during that time the grey splash screen with the green logo appeared for roughly 15 seconds. On the task bar it says "please connect a device" and "Cortex is not Running" Right click, check for updates - both come up with Green ticks. Rebooting to see on start impact. Edit #1: Turned on this morning and it still takes an age for the grey spalsh screen to disappear and once it has it then still asks me to log in and the task bar still wants me to log in and says nothing is connected. Edit #2 I have finally logged in after 4 attempts - Central would just keep returning to the log in screen. However, the task bar says that neither Cortex or Synapse are loaded and everything has to be done manually. Edit #3 clicking to load synapse or cortex from the startmenu, taskbar or shortcuts does nothing. taskbar continues to show them both as not running and nothing changes.

We may have to consider that there is a third-party factor that's causing the memory leak. Please use this to gather Synapse 3 logs then upload the files on GDrive or Dropbox and send them to me via PM. Let's go from there.
