Having several issues that I can't seem to get figured out about this MOBO. Any help is appreciated.

1. Seems like one of the lights on the side strip has died, I tried to contact ASRock about it because Razer asks for a specific Serial number in order to start a chat about a product. Is there something I'm missing? Is there a Razer Serial number that is on my packaging, or any way to register/get support from Razer about this MOBO, or is it solely an ASRock thing?

Another slightly unrelated question:

2. I have a Thermaltake CPU cooler with three fans. They all light up and work perfectly before my PC is fully booted up. But once Razer Synapse starts on my PC, the middle fan only has half of the lights that work. And the round CPU cooler no longer lights up either. They both fully work before Synapse comes on. What can I do to fix it? I've tried to do a clean reinstall of Synapse and nothing seems to have worked. They are both supposed to be compatible with Synapse, and they sync up with my lights.

1.Well if it light strip doesnt work even without synapse, you probably need to contact Asrock

2.Did you already set up the device in Synapse?
The motherboard you have is a product of our collaboration with ASRock. Any hardware-related inquiry must be directed to them as the manufacturer. As for your second question, there is a good chance that the Thermaltake lighting app version isn't working well with Chroma Connect. Try to roll back to an older version, then test.
