Assistance Required – Razer Gold PIN Already Redeemed

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

I recently purchased a Razer Gold PIN but when I tried to redeem it, I received the following error message: "The PIN has already been redeemed."

 

Here are the details of my purchase:

 

PIN Code: 09052686684628

 

Purchase Platform: G2A

 

Date of Purchase: march 19th 25

 

 

Could you please verify the status of this code and confirm when and where it was redeemed? If it has already been used, I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this issue.
