Hi, I’ve tried looking elsewhere for an answer to this, but anytime there might be a response the support staff take it to PMs.I have a Kiyo Pro webcam I’ve been using for streaming, primarily through OBS, but have also used it through Discord. I have found that Synapse is not worth the effort, and have been adjusting the camera settings either through Windows or using the OBS properties section, which I believe just uses the Windows camera settings.I have been finding that frequently if I try to adjust the settings of white balance or focus, the camera will freeze picture, and the entire USB input system on my PC will crash, meaning I have no mouse or keyboard input. The USB controllers reboot automatically after a short time, however the camera remains frozen and I have to physically unplug and replug the camera to get it to function again. I’ve been having this issue with both the included cable and a USB-C to USB-C cable I purchased (I checked the cable type, the speed is suitable for the function).The camera is on the most recent firmware. Any suggestions on how to fix this re-occurring error?

It’s not the latest update. I’ve had the same cam since July ‘23 and had the same problems since day 1.Razer’s support was unhelpfulto the point I gave up trying.I can onlyhope someone manages to get them to acknowledge and fix the issue.
