I followed all the installation instructions on your website and support, my Asus G518VW win 10 can detect the thunderbolt Port1 but can't detect Core X + Nvidia 2060. I've not idea why? My friend installed a Chinese SW for let them work, I don't want to use uncertified SW on my PC. Please support me, thanks.
