At random intervals, all the usb ports and devices on my Razer Blade fail

Hello, I hope everyone reading this is well. I have a 4 year old razer blade 15" model with a gtx 1060 and it's been chugging along great all these years. Recently however, the usb ports and usb devices (the integrated keyboard, web cam, trackpad and speakers) randomly fail. I get no alert from the laptop besides a horrible crackling sound from the speakers (that doesn't happen when I normally play music from them) when the audio device changes from my headphones to the laptop speaker. After about a minute things usually return to normal, but sometimes I need to restart my laptop entirely as my keyboard, trackpad and webcam just stop working entirely. Could anyone help me with this? It's really making it suck to use this laptop and I want to keep it.

    When did you start to notice this issue? Did you install any new software or made changes to your laptop before this happened? PM me the serial number of your laptop, along with a list of troubleshooting steps you've taken so far. I can use those to verify its model, look for possible solutions, and avoid redundancies.
