Hey. Been having issues with my old Atheris the last couple of days. It seems like it cannot find and connect to my 2.4Ghz dongle. The mouse itself turns on just fine, but the LED on the top won't stop blinking. I've tried multiple solutions suggested on Razer's support page, such as: - Closing Synapse completely and reinstalling it. - Changing batteries to a pair of fully charged ones. - Connecting the dongle to another USB port. - Connecting the dongle to another computer. - Reinstalling the device from the beginning (impossible, since it won't connect in the first place) It does not seem to be a problem with the dongle itself, since Windows can detect it from the "Bluetooth & Devices" menu (Windows 11) and labeles it as "Razer Atheris". To add to that, Windows refuses to connect to it via Bluetooth. I've heard many stories of the Atheris' poor Bluetooth quality, but that could be another (Windows-related) problem for another day. I'm having a hard time finding Razer's support email, but I assume they won't do too much about it, since my mouse isn't covered by their warranty anymore. Any help is appreciated as always. Thanks in advance.
