Attempting to register my device but Razer claims it was reported stolen

I bought the Leviathan V2 Pro through Best Buys website but when I attempt to register it I get an error and when I input the serial number in support I get the following message
“ We are unable to provide support for the serial number because it has been reported as a stolen product.”
Does anyone know how to get this resolved?
