je vien d’acheter le casque kraken kitty V3 X mais lorsque je le branche je n’est aucun son qui sort, le synapse n’est pas compatible avec et mon pc ne le detecte meme pas dans les parametre son
j’ai essayer de le brancher sur mon telephone et la aucun soucis le son marche. Je suis vraiment perdu

The headset is working perfectly fine since there’s no problem when using it with your phone. It has something to do with your PC. Have you tried checking for OS updates? Let me know via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for some workarounds that we can attempt.
