Audio Adjustment for NOT 100% Hearing Loss

I have about 75% loss of high frequency sound in ONE ear. I own the Razer BlackShark V2 | RZ04-03230 Is there any way I can adjust the Left/Right Levels to compensate? I understand that this would decrease the overall volume but that's ok because I currently compensate by raising the volume to near MAX and add sound dampening to the unaffected ear

Do you mean the headset's audio output is 75% quieter on one earcup? Also, you can adjust its volume settings via Sound Control Panel>Headset Properties>Playback>Levels>Balance. If that doesn't work, send me the serial number of your headset via PM. I can use it to verify its model and take a closer look. Let's take it from there.
