Audio Balance issue with Razer Hammerhead TW Pro

I've been having an issue recently with my Razer Hammerhead TW Pro earbuds, where one of the earbuds seems to be getting quieter, to the point where I have to modify the L/R balance on the device to equalize the sound. This persists even after a full recharge. Has anyone had this issue before, or have any suggestions?

    Have you adjusted the audio setting's using the Razer Hammerhead TW Pro app? Isolate the behavior by following this guide. Send me the serial number if the problem persists. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
