Good afternoon. Please tell me, I haven't used Razer BlackShark headphones for a long time and now I can't activate 7.1 surround sound.I lost the activation code because I bought them a long time ago.I enter the serial number that is written on the headphones, but it gives an error.Please help me!

Have you registered your headset to your Razer account before? You can try to request a new activation code at this link. If you need further assistance, PM me your headset serial number and email address so I can check its model and verify if there's a code allocated to it. All the best!
