i’ve bought Razer Kraken Kitty Edition, it’s works fine on other apps(not tested on other games yet)

but i’m a civil aviation amature, so when i played xplane11 (with swift or other app to connect to vatsim) it starts to droping(occasionally), it’s mostly happens when other is talking

i’ve tried to disable thx&close synapse but it didn’t work

is there a solution?

ps: this didn’t occure when i use 3.5mm
