I have a problem with my Razer Kraken headset, suddenly sometimes the sound cuts out for no reason, I do sound tests, I can see the sound bar moved, but in the headset I can't hear anything and I uninstalled the headset and reinstalled but without success, any idea?

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same audio issue occurs. If it does, then drop me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
