Audio doesnt work after surround sound update

hi, there was an update for the 7.1 surround sound and now my audio completly doesnt work it was working earlier today, i use razor kraken x lite

    Hi ​@AandRP,

    Please bear with me for a bit. Have you uninstalled and reinstalled your 7.1 Surround Sound to see if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number of your headset so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the audio issue you're currently experiencing.
