Got these headphones from my friend. But it doesnt get recognized in synapse and the audio is very muffled these issues were not there for my friend. I dont know how to fix this. Any help is appreaciated.

Hello there,
Only USB enabled devices can be detected by Synapse. Your headset’s connection type is an analog 3.5 mm. Also, have you tried using it on a different device just to check if the audio issue still persists? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
