Audio Mixer has static when playing some games

Hello.  Here goes:

If I play League of Legends or Final Fantasy, all of the channels will have static in them until I re-select the channel as the output or I reset the device. I’ve reinstalled Synapse, windows 11, and even changed the computer.  This has been going on for a very long time and I’m well past the return policy or I would have returned this desk ornament a long time ago.  It’s beyond frustrating when I’m in the middle of doing something and everything turns to ear piercing static.  I want this fixed.
