Hello!

So I have a Razer Blade Model 15, and it has been working fine ever since I got it. However recently, whenever I am playing a game, I cannot listen to any sound outside of the game. The sound in the game functions perfectly, but if I try listen to like a youtube video while I’m in the game, it doesn’t work. I’ve tried this with various games, and the result is the same, my audio outside the game will simply not work until I close the game. Would appreciate if anyone can give advice on how to address this issue.
