Audio & Other Issues with Razer Barracuda

I’ve recently have been having problems with the Razer Barracuda.

 

Synapse says the headset isn't turned on even though I am currently using it. Everything is pretty loud and the audio sounds a bit different. This started happening after I got Synapse, and I can’t do anything about it.

 

If someone knows what happening, please tell me so I can fix this.

Have you tried reinstalling its drivers? What about updating its firmware? Let me know via PM along with your Barracuda’s serial number so I can check its exact variant in our database and look for other workarounds that we can attempt.
