Remove. Bought on Amazon and received a BS V3 in a BS V3 Pro box.

Sorry to hear about the confusion with your headset purchase. From your post, it sounds like you may have received a Razer BlackShark V3 in packaging labeled for a BlackShark V3 Pro. If that’s the case, please send me a PM with a few more details so we can look into this properly. Please include serial number found in the device and the serial number on the box. You can also share the proof of purchase for validation. If you’re seeing any error message in the app, feel free to include that too.
