Hello everyone!
Basically whenever I try to watch a video or listen to music locally or online, I have the issue shown in the video. It feels like the music freezes/skips a bit every 1 second. What do you believe is the problem and what do you suggest I should try in order to fix this problem.

Did you already try to update/reinstall the audio driver? Make sure both the Windows OS and Synapse app are up to date. PM me the serial number if the same issue persists so I can validate its model and check for other model-specific workarounds to help you address the problem. Thanks!
