Audio Problems with Brand New Razer Kraken TE

I am having problems with the audio on these brand new headphones. The headset only has audio on one ear (the right one). I set up the headset using the instructions from the manual. Does anybody else have the same problems? I hope I'm just missing something so I don't have to return these. Thanks in advance.

    Does this happen with and without the USB audio controller? For now, please test the headset on a smartphone using the 3.5mm jack. Send me your results via PM. Let's go from there.
