Audio problems with left side of Nari Ultimate | Razer Insider

I just bought a Razer Nari Ultimate headset a few days ago and it works fine when I use it wired on my phone through the audio cable, but whenever I use it wirelessly through it's USB transciever, audio only comes out from the right side. It's like this on both my PC and laptop and I've tried updating the USB and audio drivers of both of them as well as using the latest version of Razer Synapse 3 on both. I uninstalled Synapse on both of them too but that didn't seem to help. I've checked my audio settings through control panel settings and the regular windows settings and adjusted what I could, but nothing helped. The audio is coming from only the right side but everything else works perfectly fine. What can I do to fix this?
Same problem here, worked fine just minutes ago.

I only got Razer Nari not the ultimate version, still the exact same problem like you have.

To everyone experiencing the same issue, can you guys and gals send me a PM with your serial number so I'd know which Nari variant you have? I'd appreciate it if you can include a screenshot of your audio settings in Synapse along with your Operating System's build number.

Also Having the same sort of issue with my Nari Essential. Sound just suddenly stopped in my right side and im only getting left. Started yesterday and kept going off and on until today were it is now just off. Running windows 10.

Have you recently installed any sort of Windows or Synapse update before it happened? In any case, please send me a PM so I can help you troubleshoot.
