I recently bought a razer seiren x,
I connected it, it was perfectly connected to my computer and was very well detected.
But when i tried to use it there was no sound, so i went to look in the settings to found that the level slider was stuck at 0 and wasn’t moving.
So i went to the control panel to check and see what was going on only to see that in recording there was NO volume bar. and when i go to the properties of the seiren X and into the “level” window. There is just nothing, it’s blank.
I tried connecting to other computers but the same was unfolding.
And what is weirder is that when i put my mouth very close to the mic and connect my hearphones to the mic and speak, i can hear a little which means it’s probably not the mic the problem but the connection and i don’t know what to do.
