Audio Visualizer not working

Hello everyone, I just downloaded razer audio visualizer and follow the step to install it. However when I launch the app nothing shows up and the RGB just turn off. I can't figure out which part I did wrong. The only thing I can think of is the MS Visual C++ that comes with the pack. That's a 2015 version one which I cannot install it because I already has a newer version. Does anyone know if I'll need to uninstall the newer one and get the 2015 version in order to run the visualizer?
